Hershey World

We went to Hershey’s Chocolate World in Hershey, PA. Saying that this place is awesome is an understatement. There is tons to do here and the best part is some of it is free. We are always down to go somewhere with candy and free stuff.

You know it’s going to be a good time when you arrive and there are giant candy bar characters greeting you from the top of the building.

The best part of Hershey’s Chocolate World is that admission and parking ( less than 3 hours) and some attractions are free! We took the Hershey Chocolate Tour which is free and you get a sample of candy at the end. This is a riding tour. You ride in a cart shaped like a Hershey Kiss. The tour is really informative and enjoyable. I wouldn’t suggest doing this tour if you get motion sickness easily because there are a lot of turns and you have to walk to the cart on a moving floor.

These cows sing the song that will be stuck in your head for the rest of the day!

After we took the tour we were really hungry. There is a cafe with sweets, ice cream, and savory foods. We got a baked potato, macaroni and cheese, and the best hot chocolate we have ever had.

Hershey kisses are our favorite. We got cookies and cream, almond, and plain. There is a kiss machine where you can make your own bag. Oh yeah!
